The Board of Trustees is a supervisory authority which approves impotant legal transactions (acquiring or transferring properties or movable assets of high value), approves the budget and the strategic plan of the university, discusses the annual reports, reports on internal evaluation and other crusial documents.
The Board of Trustees is defined by Sections 14 and 15 of the Higher Education Act and specified by the Statutes of the Technical University of Liberec. All the 12 members of our Board of Trustees are external members. Meeting are held on demand at least twice a year.
