Educational goals
The study programme aims to develop language and literature competencies of the Czech studies students.
Profile of the graduate
The graduate, in terms of language and communication competence, has the habits of a professional user of standard Czech in its written and spoken form. In terms of literary competence, the graduate has knowledge of Czech literature’s development from the beginning to the present day based on the study of the prescribed literary and professional texts, and further readings of their choice within the scope determined by the study plan and the recommended literature list. The graduate is well versed in selected problems of Czech language and literature teaching.
